The price shown is the final price in Swiss francs. Nothing is added at checkout. VAT is neither charged nor shown, because the business stays below the turnover threshold of article 10 of the Swiss VAT act. One-off payment, no subscription.
On returns, because this needs saying in Switzerland: There is no statutory right of withdrawal for online orders here. Parliament deliberately dropped it in 2014, and the National Council rejected a fresh attempt in June 2023. We nevertheless grant you 14 days voluntarily. The details are under Refunds.

Refunds
If the report cannot be produced for technical reasons or is faulty, we refund the full amount without argument. Beyond that, a goodwill period of 14 days applies. The details are under Refunds.
